CORE VALUES: Authenticity, Integrity, Ownership, Curiosity, Communication, Creativity
Katrina is a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a background in online business management, content operations, project coordination, and digital marketing.
She works best at the intersection of strategy, systems, content, and execution—turning ideas into organized plans and making sure those plans actually move forward.
Rather than simply completing tasks, Katrina takes an ownership-minded approach to her work. She enjoys collaborating with the people she works with, identifying opportunities for improvement, creating clearer systems, coordinating moving parts, and finding practical solutions that help the business operate more efficiently.
Over the years, she has managed multiple projects, led and supported content and marketing initiatives, improved workflows, coordinated teams and stakeholders, analyzed performance, and helped turn ideas into polished, professional work.
3 Things She Lives By
If it’s not on the calendar, it probably isn’t happening. Katrina loves structure and plans her weeks intentionally so she can stay focused while still leaving room for life outside of work.
Take care of the person doing the work. Sleep, movement, health, and time away from a screen are not afterthoughts to her—they are part of being able to consistently do great work.
Stay curious. Katrina believes that a growth mindset and continuous learning are some of the greatest advantages a person can have, both professionally and personally.
One of the things Katrina finds most fulfilling about her work is seeing a project move from an idea to something tangible. She loves creating order out of moving pieces, solving problems, and knowing that the work she does helps other people move closer to their goals.
For Katrina, great work is not simply about getting things done. It is about making the business easier to run, helping people make better use of their time, and building systems and content that continue creating value beyond the task itself.
Outside of work, Katrina values having the freedom to build a full life alongside her career. She loves continuously learning, staying active, exploring new places, pursuing creative interests, and creating space for the people and experiences that matter to her.
Ultimately, she believes that meaningful work and a meaningful life should be able to grow alongside each other.
