Dear Friends of Momentum Consulting;

I have thoroughly enjoyed serving you these last 2 years. I have learned so much from being a part of this transformational consulting group.

In my time here, not only have I grown in my skill set (hello, Adobe Suite!). I have actually transformed as a person and a leader because I have been coached by the team (in depth with Marlene Clark), and I have dug into and learned the materials Momentum uses with their clients.

In doing so, here are some of the things I have learned:

  1. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

  2. Though you may have transformed as a person or leader, never be ashamed of your story or who you used to be.

  3. Your core values define who you already are. Own it.

  4. Listening “for” is more than being open. It’s putting aside the need to “do” anything.

With these lessons, I hope I have served Momentum Consulting well, and I look forward to serving in my next role at another company. Though my role will be different, as I told Craig and Marlene, nothing is ever lost. Every skill learned comes back around in some way.

I want to introduce you to the person who will be contacting you via admin@momentumconsulting.com from now on. Her name is April, and she is way better at all of these skills than I am. I am excited to pass the baton on to her, and because I know her, I know she will do a good job.

Our friends, keep going and keep learning. Keep working on yourself. Only through working on yourself can you be the leader you were meant to be.

And if you are new to the blog or newsletter, don’t miss the opportunity to learn from Momentum through their coaching or events. There is so much goodness coming to serve you.

I leave you in capable hands;

Carrie
