Ruthie Rose Noll was born on September 26, 2026, at 11:31 p.m. With her arrival, a new season of life has begun for our family.
Momentum Consulting has always been a family business. It’s been one of the great joys of my life to do such meaningful work alongside the people I love most in this world. Getting to share both the work and the heart behind it with my family is something I’ll always be grateful for.
To me, all of our fundamentals come back to one idea: to do anything worthwhile is to do it with your whole heart.
This next season of life is asking for all of me in a way I’ve never experienced, and I couldn’t be more excited to honor that commitment with my whole self. So I’ll be stepping away from my work here at Momentum to focus on the work of caring for my family full time.
This isn’t goodbye. It’s a prolonged sabbatical that will hopefully allow me to come back one day with something much greater to offer. For now, I’m giving myself space to fully be in this season and do what it asks of me.
Thank you to everyone who has ever read a blog or participated in my coursework. Thank you for being part of work that has meant so much to me. I genuinely love every single one of you and will miss you dearly.

Work from the assumption that people are good, fair, and honest. Set aside your own judgments or preconceived notions, and give people the benefit of the doubt. Look for the positive intent in their actions and communications.
