Ed Atkinson’s mission is to have people be masters of their fate by using language and actions that produce desired results. His straight forward no nonsense yet respectful approach is used to model the skills of being clear and concise in delivering a message and obtaining clear positive results. He started his career in banking and finance with a major world bank and obtained valued knowledge of what makes any organization a success. That formula he believes is alignment and partnership across the organization.
A certified master practitioner in NLP he has worked with and coached business executives and their direct reports for years providing these individuals with the tools to be able to listen to and for each other in their organizations, and to produce desired results while being fully appreciative of their impact on others.
Ed’s career and experience started in the quality movement in California and specifically in facilitating and teaching the Quality Circles method of workplace efficiency and productivity. Over the years Ed has worked with many different client groups from banks, to insurance, manufacturing, and mining organizations worldwide. He has shared his talents in England, France, Africa, Chile and Venezuela in Australian, Canada and the US.
He has an extensive coaching clientele that rely on his expertise of finding out what the direct report, client or customer need to fulfill their expectations.
Ed is focused on delivering results and leading teams in multi-day breakthrough programs that generate long-term, measurable results and providing continued support and coaching to sustain desired behaviors.
